How do I play?

Swipe up, down, left, or right to slide all tiles. When two matching plants collide, they bloom into the next stage. The run ends when the board is full and no merges are possible.

Does the run ever end?

Reaching the highest plant tier doesn't end the game — keep merging and accumulating score until the board stalls. The further you go, the more points each merge is worth.

I lost my progress after updating

Bloom saves your in-progress run and best score locally on your device. If you reinstall the app, the local save is lost. Your global leaderboard entry is tied to an anonymous Firebase ID and stays until you contact us to delete it.

How does the leaderboard work?

Tap WORLD LADDER from the menu to see the top 50 scores worldwide. Your handle (e.g. "WildLotus3142") is generated randomly on first launch and stored locally. We don't ask for or store your real name or email.

Why am I seeing a 30-second wait after Game Over?

The pause is intentional — a moment to reflect on your run. Tap "WATCH AD TO SKIP WAIT" to watch a short video ad and jump back in immediately, or wait the 30 seconds and Play Again unlocks for free.

Can I remove ads?

Ads keep Bloom free and updated. There is currently no paid ad-removal option. If you'd like one, email us — demand drives the roadmap.

The game crashed / a tile is stuck

Please email taoufik.leon.jabbari@gmail.com with: your iOS version, iPhone/iPad model, and what you were doing right before the issue. A screenshot helps a lot.

How is my data used?

See the Privacy Policy for the full answer. Short version: scores live on your device, anonymous leaderboard entries sync to Firebase, and AdMob shows ads. We don't collect names, emails, or location.

Where can I leave a review?

If Bloom brings you a moment of calm, an App Store review is the kindest thing you can do. It takes 30 seconds and genuinely helps the game find more players.
